- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-04-21, by Steve MullenOrdered Lever arch files, their chosen courier delivered to another address. We requested a replacement understanding the courier made a delivery mistake, 2 months later still no parcel, no refund, and cannot reach the company. I should have given my money to the smack head beggars on the street, it would have gone to better use. Customer service in need of improvement. I would take a great deal of convincing to ever order from this company again.
